II. What are the reasons why static electricity generator needs to be grounded?
1. Electrical protection bureau, to prevent the housing from accumulating static electricity or equipment leakage.
2. Provide an electrode, a metal rod or conductive brush can be connected to provide an electrode for the static electricity generator, that is, a circuit of opposite polarity. The static electricity generator can work properly.
3. The grounding end of the static electricity generator must be ensured to be truly grounded, otherwise it will affect the charging effect and generate insecurity factors.

1. The high voltage generator of the fusing spraying cloth static electricity generator should be installed in a convenient location for operation, and as close as possible to the discharge rod.
2. If necessary, use screws to fix the high voltage generator.
3. Connect the grounding wire to the grounding column.
4. Plug the discharge rod plug into the output jack of the high voltage generator and tighten it with its own nut.
5. Turn the [ON/OFF] switch to [OFF] position.
6. Insert the power cord plug into the power interface at the back of the high voltage generator.
7. Insert the power cord plug into the power socket with grounding.

IV. Steps for using static electricity generator
1. Wiring
First of all, according to the needs of the customer’s production site, put the testing transformer in a suitable position and cover it with a customized protective cover. Then, use the special connection line to connect the “Output” of the console to the “Input” of the testing transformer, the “Instrument” of the console to the “Instrument” of the testing transformer, and the “Ground” of the console to the “High Voltage Tail” of the testing transformer, and ensure the “High Voltage Tail” is well grounded. Finally, connect the console to the AC 220V power supply, and connect the high voltage output of the testing transformer to the customer’s site static electrode rod with the special testing line.
2. Begin to operate
Step 1: Turn on the power switch of the console, turn the voltage adjustment knob to zero, and then click the “Start” button. At this time, we adjust the voltage knob to observe the voltage meter on the console, stop the knob to reach the specified voltage. If it is only a short-term static electricity generation test, you can adjust the timer relay on the console to set the specified time, and then click the “Timer” button.
Step 2: The instrument starts to automatically time, when the timing time is reached, the buzzer will sound. At this time, turn the voltage knob back to zero, then click the “Stop” button, the high voltage starts to stop output, then click the “Timer” button, the buzzer stops ringing, turn off the power switch of the console, the test is finished.

V. Matters to pay attention to when choosing static electricity generator
When choosing a static electricity generator (ion emitter), it is necessary to choose a generator with high reliability and stability, so that the DC high voltage power supply can meet the requirements, not necessarily pursue the market trend of 120KV, because the voltage is too high will cause sparks and breakdown, affecting the normal operation of the equipment and safety factors, and most of the high voltage power supplies on the market will also produce large holes on the non-woven cloth when sparking. Moreover, under the same working conditions, the higher the output voltage and current parameters of the high voltage power supply, the better the static electricity effect is.
