Product No: TTC-1
The TTC-1 Tracking Tester, a high-precision testing device developed by LISUN specifically for evaluating the tracking resistance of insulating materials in humid or contaminated environments, simulates the scenario in which surface contamination (such as dust and moisture) causes leakage current in insulating components of electrical equipment, leading to tracking corrosion or even breakdown. The device drips a standard contaminating solution (0.1% ammonium chloride solution) onto the surface of the specimen, applies a specified voltage, and monitors the leakage current. The presence of a sustained flame or insulation breakdown determines the material’s Tracking Resistance Index (CTI). This provides critical data support for insulation material selection and product safety design in industries such as electronics and electrical equipment.
The TTC-1 Tracking Tester utilizes a high-precision voltage regulation and current monitoring system, ensuring an applied voltage (100V-600V) accuracy of ±1%. The leakage current monitoring range covers 0-100mA, meeting the testing needs of different materials. Equipped with an automatic dripping device, the dripping rate (30 drops/min±5 drops/min) and dripping volume strictly meet standard requirements, preventing human error. It also integrates flame detection and automatic power-off protection. If the sample continues to burn, the device can quickly cut off the power supply to ensure test safety and data accuracy. It is widely applicable in scenarios such as corporate R&D quality inspection, third-party testing and certification.

Typical Applications:
1. Electronics and Electrical Industry: Internal insulating plastic components of home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines), insulating casings of consumer electronics (mobile phones, computers), and insulating separators of electronic instruments and meters. Testing their tracking resistance in humid environments to prevent short circuits or fires caused by tracking.
2. Electrical Equipment Industry: Wire and cable insulation (PVC, PE), insulating bases of switches and sockets, and insulating casings of low-voltage electrical equipment (relays, contactors). Evaluating the material’s resistance to electrical erosion during long-term use, in compliance with GB/T 4207-2022 and IEC 60112:2021 standards.
3. New Energy Industry: Charging station insulation components, lithium battery casing insulation, and photovoltaic inverter insulating separators. Testing their tracking resistance in outdoor humid or polluted environments to ensure the safety of new energy equipment.
4. Materials R&D: Determine the Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of solid insulation materials such as engineering plastics (ABS, PC, PA), insulating rubber, and epoxy glass cloth to provide data support for material modification and selection, and meet the testing requirements of standards such as UL 746A and ASTM D3638.
