  • The RSY-LT Hot Wire Ignition Tester is a professional testing device designed by LISUN specifically for evaluating the ignition characteristics of solid insulating and combustible materials under the action of a hot wire. It simulates the ignition risk to surrounding materials when an electric heating element (such as resistance wire or motor winding) overheats. By precisely controlling the hot wire temperature, pressure application time, and contact pressure, it measures the material’s hot wire ignition temperature (HWIT) and hot wire flammability index (HWFI), providing crucial data support for material selection, product safety design, and compliance certification.

The RSY-LT Hot Wire Ignition Tester adopts an integrated structural design, incorporating a hot wire heating control system, sample clamping device, and combustion monitoring module. This enables automated control of the testing process, effectively avoiding human error and ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of test results. It is widely used in the electrical and electronic, home appliance, new energy, and insulating materials industries, and is suitable for testing the hot wire ignition performance of various solid combustible materials such as plastics, rubber, and composite materials. It also meets the high-standard testing needs of research institutions and third-party testing laboratories.
