The HSCD series spectrophotometer is a portable color measurement device independently developed by LISUN. Utilizing grating spectroscopy technology and array sensor design, it is manufactured in full compliance with international standards such as CIE No.15, ISO 7724-1 and etc. It features ease of operation, high measurement accuracy, and strong stability, and is widely used in color detection, color difference analysis, and consistency control in industries such as plastics, printing and packaging, coatings and building materials, textiles and apparel, food, hardware and home appliances, and automotive interiors, serving as a reference for color matching, quality assessment, and quality grading.
Features:
1. The HSCD-800 and HSCD-860 utilizing a dual-beam optical design, the instrument simultaneously measures the sample signal and monitors light source energy fluctuations, effectively reducing measurement interference and improving measurement stability. This optimizes the instrument’s measurement repeatability to dE*ab≤0.02, ensuring high standards for measurement speed, accuracy, stability, and inter-instrument consistency.

2. The instrument uses nano-integrated optical devices as the spectroscopic element, achieving nanoscale spectroscopic capabilities with optical components only 5 micrometers thick, significantly improving measurement accuracy and stability.

The zirconium calibration whiteboard, with a Mohs hardness of 9, remains unchanged in color under varying temperature and humidity conditions and supports automatic calibration, ensuring long-term stability. The zirconium whiteboard is hard, stable, and scratch-resistant, and its color remains unchanged with temperature and humidity fluctuations. Compared to similar ceramic/plastic whiteboards, it offers significantly improved stability and durability, guaranteeing long-term performance of the instrument.
