The JL-XC series waterproof test chambers are designed and manufactured by LISUN specifically for testing the waterproof protection rating of enclosures of electronic appliances, lighting equipment, automotive parts, and other products. They can accurately simulate various water ingress conditions in natural environments, including dripping, rain, splashing, spraying, and immersion, comprehensively verifying the protective effectiveness of products under different humid or water-related conditions. The JL-XC series waterproof test chambers include the following ratings: IPX1 (Protected against vertically falling water drops), IPX2 (Protected against vertically falling water drops when enclosure tilted up to 15°), IPX3 (Protected against spraying water), IPX4 (Protected against splashing water), IPX5 (Protected against water jets), IPX6 (Protected against powerful water jets), IPX7 (Protected against the effects of temporary immersion in water), and IPX8 (Protected against the effects of continuous immersion in water). These chambers provide reliable testing support for product development verification, factory inspection, and third-party compliance certification, ensuring that products meet market access waterproof performance requirements.

Feature:
• Superior Materials and Craftsmanship: The outer shell is made of high-quality steel plate with a baked enamel finish, making it aesthetically pleasing and durable. The inner chamber, turntable, and water-contacting parts are all made of SUS304 stainless steel (inner chamber plate thickness 1.2mm), resistant to water impact and rust-free even after long-term use.
• Specialized Design: IPX1/2 features a compressed air drying function to prevent water accumulation and scale buildup in the drip tank, which can clog the needle holes. IPX3/4 uses a high-quality servo stepper motor to drive the oscillating tube, with precise speed and angle adjustment, eliminating the risk of step loss. IPX5/6 features an integrated structure, eliminating the need for handheld spray guns; automatic testing can begin once the sample is fixed.
• Reliable Operation: The water supply line has a built-in filter to prevent impurities from clogging the nozzles. The built-in water tank is recyclable, with automatic water control via a float valve and high/low water level alarms to prevent pump damage due to water shortage. The turntable uses a stepper motor with adjustable speed via touchscreen and supports forward and reverse rotation, ensuring uninterrupted sample testing without wire tangling.
• Convenient Testing Experience: The chamber is equipped with waterproof LED lighting and a large observation window on the door for easy real-time monitoring of sample status; a self-developed touch interface allows users to directly select the waterproof rating and automatically match standard requirements to complete the test.
• Flexible Adaptability: The standard input power for the test object is single-phase 220V/10A (customizable); the default power supply frequency is 50Hz, but a dedicated 60Hz power supply is supported (Note: 50Hz equipment cannot be used with a 60Hz power supply, otherwise the rotation speed will be abnormal, failing to meet standards and shortening the lifespan).
