The BCL series Max & Min Pull-out Force and Lateral Strain Resistance Test Apparatus is designed to check the force required to pull a plug out of a socket and the socket’s ability to withstand lateral stress. By means of supporting standard test plugs, pins and weight assemblies, the device simulates the force conditions during plug insertion and extraction in actual service scenarios to determine whether the withdrawal force meets operational requirements. Meanwhile, it utilizes lateral stress application components to simulate the lateral force that may be generated by electrical appliances plugged into the socket, assessing the socket’s structural stability under such stress conditions and ensuring that it does not malfunction due to lateral stress during daily use. This device is applicable to plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes, covering the product testing needs within specific rated voltage and rated current ranges.
