Household Applicances Test Solutions

LISUN’s household appliance testing solutions are fully compliant with IEC 60335, the fundamental international safety standard governing household and similar electrical appliances. This standard is applicable to equipment with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V for single-phase and 480V for three-phase systems. It formulates stringent safety requirements and corresponding testing methodologies spanning multiple domains, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, abnormal operation, and electromagnetic compatibility aspects. These provisions ensure that products can maintain safety under normal usage and foreseeable misuse scenarios, and must be implemented in conjunction with specific standards within the IEC 60335 series tailored to different types of electrical appliances.

Our solutions encompass all key testing items specified in IEC 60335. These include basic safety tests such as accessibility testing, heating testing, leakage current and dielectric strength testing, and waterproof testing; electromagnetic compatibility tests covering electrostatic discharge, fast transients, surges, and other related assessments; as well as tests for mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and flame resistance, along with specialized tests like flexing tests, salt spray tests, and drop tests. LISUN provides one-stop testing support for manufacturers and laboratories, facilitating household appliances’ compliance with global safety regulations and enabling their smooth entry into the market.
