The SUG335 Transient Overvoltage Tester is a high-precision instrument designed by LISUN specifically for transient voltage testing of electrical products (EUT). It output a 1.2/50µs standard lightning surge waveform, capable of performing surge tests at intervals as fast as 1s. The SUG335 accurately simulates sudden transient voltage in circuits, helping to verify compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment safety clearances and providing reliable support for the safety performance verification of electrical products (EUT). It is widely used for testing of LED lighting, household appliances, low-voltage electrical appliances, energy meters and residual current operated circuit breakers.

Applications:
1. Household and Similar Appliance Testing: Based on the IEC 60335 standard, this test tests the safety performance of household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners under transient overvoltage shocks. This verifies that the equipment’s safety clearances meet standards and prevents equipment failures or safety accidents caused by transient voltages.
2. Low-Voltage Appliance Testing: This test simulates lightning transient voltages for low-voltage electrical appliances such as circuit breakers and contactors covered by the IEC 60947 standard, testing their interference immunity and operational reliability to ensure proper operation during transient power grid fluctuations.
3. Energy Meter Testing: Based on the IEC 62053 standard, this test performs transient overvoltage tests on Class 1 and Class 2 static AC active energy meters to verify their measurement accuracy and operational stability in transient voltage environments.
4. Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker (RCCB/RCBO) Testing: Based on IEC 61008-1/IEC 61009-1, this test verifies the residual current operating performance of RCCBs and RCBOs in transient overvoltage scenarios to ensure that their protection against electric shock and equipment leakage is not affected by transient voltages.
