For the CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamp) design and manufactory, LISUN can supply a full quality control test solution.
Integrating Sphere and Spectroradiometer Test System is for CFL lighting measurement. CFL’s quality should be tested by checking its photometric, colorimetric and electrical parameters. According to CIE127-1997, IES LM-79-19 and IES LM-80, it recommends to using an array spectroradiometer with an integrating sphere to test SSL products.

• Photometric: Luminous Flux, Luminous Efficiency, Radiant Power, EEI, Energy Efficiency Class, Pupil Flux, Pupil Flux Efficiency, Pupil Factor, Cirtopic Flux, PAR and PPF (Only LMS-9000B/LMS-7000 can test PAR and PPF)
• Electrical: Voltage, Current, Power, Power Factor (Option: VF, IF, VR, IR), Harmonic (Only LS2010 can test harmonic)
• CFL optical maintenance test: Flux VS time, CCT VS time, CRI VS time, Power VS time, Power Factor VS time, Current VS time and Flux Efficiency VS time.
The LSRF-3 is equipped with Class A fast photometric probe, so the sampling speed is up to 100kHz. It fully meets the requirement of BASIC, Energy Star V2.1, IEC-Pst, CA CEC, ASSIST, CIE SVM, IEEE Std 1789 standards, etc
The Goniophotometer is used to test the intensity distribution curve in 3D and export IES or LDT file for the lighting software such as DiaLux. The Goniophotometric System is according to LM-79, LM-80, IEC and CIE Standards.

EMI-9KB/EMI-9KA is the EMI Receiver system which are fully meets CISPRl6-1, GB17743, FCC, EN55015 and EN55022. It is used to test the LED driver, LED luminaires and other electronic products. Detection frequency range: 9kHz~300MHz (EMI-9KB) or 9kHz~30MHz (EMI-9KA).
The Surge Generator (Lightning Surge Generator) SG61000-5 is according to IEC/EN61000-4-5. LISUN supplies up to 30KV/15KA output.
The Electrical Safety Tester is according to GB4706.1, IEC/EN60335-1, UL60335, GB7000, IEC60598, GB4943, IEC60950 and GB9706.1. It can test for Withstand Voltage (AC/DC), Insulation Resistance (IR), Leakage Current (LLC), Ground Resistance (GR) and Power.
