SY2036 LED Aging and Life Test Rack is developed and manufactured in strict compliance with IEC international lighting standards. Customizable lamp holders, fixtures, workstation quantities and electrical parameter display meters are available on demand. It fits all types of light source lamps including LED, CFL and HID for on-off endurance and long-term power-on aging tests, and is widely used for factory production line outgoing aging of lighting products, lamp R&D life verification, and standard endurance tests in third-party laboratories. 

The SY2036 Lamp Aging Test Rack is equipped with a human-machine interaction system consisting of PLC and a Chinese & English touch display, featuring intuitive operation and easy maintenance. An independent overcurrent protection mechanism is built in; it triggers automatic audible and visual alarms and cuts off power supply in case of load overload, effectively protecting the voltage regulation module from damage.  The whole machine adopts a layered independent control architecture. The voltage of each layer can be adjusted separately with independent digital displays, and tests on different layers do not interfere with each other. It enables parallel aging of lamps with various specifications and processes simultaneously. Customizable on-off cycle duration is available via PLC. The display screen accumulates and reads the total switching cycle count in real time, with an adjustable cycle counting range from 0 to 99,999 times. The whole testing process runs automatically without manual attendance.
