The customer is a professional electrical lighting manufacturer in Turkey, engaged in R&D and mass production of indoor and outdoor LED luminaires and energy-saving light sources. Its product portfolio covers LED bulbs, T5/T8 tubes, LED panel lights and commercial floodlights, selling domestically and exporting widely to Middle Eastern markets.
The company operates an in-house standardized laboratory, conducting factory inspections and lifespan verification complying with IEC and Turkish TSE standards. To build a complete testing system for photoelectric performance and durability ageing, the customer contacted us for technical inquiries after discovering LISUN’s comprehensive lighting testing solutions at an industry exhibition.

The customer intended to purchase two core devices: LPCE-2(LMS-9000) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System and SY2036 LED Aging and Life Test Rack
The optical tester was required to measure luminous flux, CCT, CRI and luminous efficacy to meet LM-79 and IEC 62471 certification. For the ageing rack, key demands included multi-type lampholder compatibility, 0–300V independent layer voltage adjustment, programmable on-off cycles, overload protection and English operating interface.
Considering mass production and unattended testing demands, our team recommended the SY2036 ageing rack. Together with the optical testing system, it formed an integrated solution for optical measurement and durability ageing. We also provided complete IEC supporting documents to satisfy certification requirements.

Once technical and commercial terms were confirmed, the customer placed the formal order. We carried out customized production, adjusting lampholder layout, optimizing the English touch panel and adapting voltage modules for local AC230V power supply. All equipment underwent strict factory inspection under ISO9001 standards before export packaging and sea shipment. We tracked logistics progress and supplied all certification documents to guarantee smooth customs clearance.

Senior LISUN overseas engineers arrived at the customer’s factory for three days of on-site service. They completed unpacking, wiring, commissioning of both systems and calibration of testing parameters. Practical training was delivered to laboratory staff, covering program setting, equipment calibration, data export and daily troubleshooting. We also delivered digital manuals to ensure the customer’s team can independently operate and maintain all devices.

After commissioning, the laboratory realized integrated optical testing and ageing evaluation. The automatic testing mode cut labour costs, and reliable test data satisfies domestic and Middle East export standards, helping reduce product defect rates. The customer spoke highly of equipment stability and professional after-sales service, and recommended LISUN products to local industry peers.

This cooperation established a solid partnership. We will keep offering annual calibration, free software upgrades and spare parts support. As the customer expands production, we will recommend supplementary testing equipment including temperature humidity chambers and IP test systems to complete their laboratory.
