The LAP Series High-Low Temperature & Low Pressure Test Chamber is an environmental testing device specially developed to simulate the composite environment of high-altitude low pressure and extreme temperature changes. It can realize single or combined environment simulation of “low temperature → high temperature → low pressure”, accurately reproducing the special climatic conditions in aerospace and high-altitude areas. Adopting a modular design, this series of equipment is equipped with a fully hermetic compressor from France’s TECUMSEH for the refrigeration system and an independent nickel-chromium alloy heater for the heating system, ensuring stable temperature change rates. Low-pressure control is achieved through a high-precision electronic pressure sensor and an efficient vacuum system, allowing precise control of pressure deviation. Meanwhile, it is equipped with multiple safety protection functions and a self-developed LCD touch control system, balancing testing efficiency and operational safety.

Ordering Note: The * in LAP-100* can choose four temperature ranges A/B/C/D. For example: LISUN model LAP-100B where B represents the temperature range of -40℃~150℃. Special working room sizes and temperature ranges can be customized according to customer’s requirements.

• Electronics and Communications Industry: Evaluates the startup and operation reliability of base station equipment, routers, and sensors used in high-altitude areas under “low temperature and low pressure”. For instance, it tests the call and battery life performance of mobile phones in an environment of -40℃/5kPa, meeting the requirements of IEC 60068-2-40.
• Military Industry: Aims at military communication equipment and missile components, simulates the combined temperature-pressure shock in plateau and high-altitude environments, and verifies their structural strength and electrical safety, adapting to the standard of GJB 360B-2009.
