The ESD61000-2 series ESD generator (also known as an ESD simulator, ESD immunity tester, ESD generator, or ESD static tester) is a high-precision instrument developed by LISUN specifically for ESD immunity testing of electrical and electronic equipment. Its core function is to address the performance evaluation needs of various products under ESD interference scenarios: by accurately replicating ESD pulses, it provides standardized testing conditions for testing the operational stability of equipment under ESD interference. The device features a large Android touchscreen with Chinese and English support, built-in test procedures for national and international standards such as GB/T 17626.2 and IEC/EN 61000-4-2, and supports one-click access to preset parameters, making it widely applicable to EMC compliance testing needs in a wide range of fields, including consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control, and medical devices.

Recommendation 1:
We recommend the LISUN ESD-DESK test bench. Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 17626.2 (IEC/EN 61000-4-2) and GB/T 19951 (ISO 10605) for automotive electronics, it is designed for use with the ESD61000-2/ESD61000-2A/ESD61000-2C ESD generators. The ESD-DESK includes the following: a test bench (assembled dimensions: 1600 x 800 x 800 mm), a reference metal ground plate (2800 mm long, 1800 mm wide, and 1.0 mm thick), a vertical coupling plate (500 mm long, 500 mm wide, and 1.0 mm thick), a horizontal coupling plate (1600 mm long, 800 mm wide, and 1.0 mm thick), an insulating pad (1450 mm long, 600 mm wide, and 0.5 mm thick), and a 470K resistor cable (1400 mm long).

We recommend using the LISUN ESD-CALA electrostatic gun calibration kit for calibrating the ESD61000-2/ESD61000-2A/ESD61000-2C electrostatic discharge generators. Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 17626.2 (IEC/EN 61000-4-2) and Appendix B of the automotive electronics standard GB/T 19951-2019 (ISO 10605:2023 Appendix B), the ESD-CALA electrostatic gun calibration kit includes a target mounting plate, an electrostatic gun calibration target, a 20dB attenuator, and a cable for connecting the target to an oscilloscope..

Recommendation 3:
We recommend using the LISUN ESD-FCP, an automotive electronic electrostatic field coupling plate (electrostatic discharge island). Designed and manufactured in accordance with Appendix E of GB/T 19951-2019 (Appendix F of ISO 10605:2023) for automotive electronics, it is designed and manufactured for use with the ESD61000-2C ESD generator. The ESD-FCP includes the following: a 300mm x 600mm electrostatic field coupling plate made of 1.0mm thick brass; a 40mm wide electrostatic field coupling strip; and an 80mm diameter discharge island.
