TSE Turkish Standards Institution

Almost 20-30% of Turkey’s luminaries manufacturers and third-party laboratories use testing equipment from LISUN. LISUN has good cooperation with TSE, and products of some large Turkish luminaries manufacturers can obtain TSE-free certification . Since 2019, LISUN and TSE have also collaborated on the release of local standards for mobile communications, the automotive industry and household appliances.

The Turkish Standards Institution (Turkish: Türk Standardları Enstitüsü, TSE) is a public standards organization whose mission is to increase the competitiveness of Turkey, facilitating trade on national and international levels and develop society’s standard of livingby providing standardization and conformity assessment.

TSE is established in 1954. Law 132 accepted by Turkish Parlement on November 18, 1960. Its headquarters is in Ankara. It is recognized by the Turkish government as the only national standards body of the country and represents Turkish interests at international and European levels. TSE operates in diverse fields of the quality infrastructure that includes certification, testing, training as well as surveillance and inspection activities.

TSE provides the standards aimed at enabling industrialists to produce goods and services in compliance with rules, laws, codes and standards applicable in global markets, as well as being a notified body, enables clients to gain access into the European and Gulf market by ensuring their products meets all CE mark requirements according to European Directives/Regulations and G-mark requirements according to GSO regulations, as well as Halal certificates.

TSE is an active member of the world standardization community; with its full membership of:

•  International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), since 1956
•  Standards and Metrology Institute for the Islamic Countries (SMIIC), since 2010
•  European Committee for Standardization (CEN)
•  European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC), since 2012

Lisun Instruments Limited was found by LISUN GROUP in 2003. We have sales and service offices in China, Russia, India and Korea. In 2012, we built a high level products show room and accreditation lab in Shanghai. LISUN has setup a new manufactory in China to design & produce the lighting and electrical test instruments. Its quality system has been strictly certified by ISO9001:2015. As a CIE Membership, LISUN products are designed based on CIE, IEC and other international/national standards. All products passed CE certificate and authenticated by the third party lab.
