The ZY-3 Needle Flame Tester is a fire safety testing instrument designed by LISUN specifically for electrical and electronics, home appliances, lighting, and information technology equipment. It simulates “micro-flames” generated by internal equipment faults such as short circuits and component overheating, allowing evaluation of the flame resistance and fire safety of products and insulation materials under these conditions. Using a standard needle burner, the instrument accurately detects ignition, duration of combustion, and spread of the sample. This instrument provides test data compliant with international and domestic standards for product development, factory quality inspection, and third-party certification, helping companies meet market access fire safety requirements.
