percussion hammer:tool equipped with a built-in percussion system which is not influenced by the operator

rotary hammer: tool equipped with a built-in percussion system which is not influenced by the operator and
also has the capability of rotational motion

rotary hammer with “drill only mode”:rotary hammer able to rotate only with the percussion system disengaged
