The DT series Automatic Single-Arm/Double-Arm Drop Test Machine is used to simulate the drop impact of products and packaging during transportation, handling, and loading/unloading. It can perform accurate free-fall tests at set heights and postures. The equipment is mainly used to evaluate the impact resistance of products and packaging, verify the rationality of packaging protection design, and is widely applicable to factory inspection and certification testing of electronic and electrical products, finished product packaging, etc. The equipment supports flexible adjustment of the test arm spacing according to sample size, and can achieve multi-posture drops from faces, corners, and edges, with precise positioning and stable release, meeting the testing requirements of mainstream global standards.
The DT series Automatic Single-Arm/Double-Arm Drop uses an electric lifting mechanism to smoothly deliver the sample to the set height and accurately position and automatically lock it. Once the test is initiated, the dedicated release mechanism quickly and smoothly disengages, allowing the sample to impact the rigid platform in a pure free-fall state, without any swaying, dragging, or secondary contact interference. By flexibly setting the drop height, clamping posture, and test arm spacing, it can adapt to testing conditions for samples of different weights and sizes, ensuring that the impact energy and impact process comply with standard specifications. This allows for an objective and accurate evaluation of the structural integrity and packaging protection reliability of the sample under drop impact.
