Product No: LS-ISO16750
The LS-ISO16750 Automotive Electrical Disturbances | Automotive Electronic Performance Test System is an integrated electrical performance compliance testing solution designed by LISUN specifically for automotive electronic and electrical components (such as ECUs, sensors, and on-board chargers). Its core function is to simulate various stress environments that may occur in the electrical system during actual vehicle operation (such as voltage fluctuations, transient pulses, grounding offsets, and wiring harness interruptions). It assesses the electrical performance stability and reliability of automotive components according to international and OEM standards, proactively identifying the risk of component failure under scenarios such as power supply anomalies and sudden load changes. This provides standardized testing for automotive electronics R&D verification, production line quality inspection, and third-party certification.
The LS-ISO16750 Automotive Electrical Disturbances | Automotive Electronic Performance Test System fully complies with the ISO 16750-2:2023 international standard and is also compatible with mainstream OEM specifications such as Volkswagen VW 80000, General Motors GM 3172, and Nissan 28401, meeting the customized testing needs of different car brands. The system covers 12 core test items, including DC power supply voltage, transient overvoltage, superimposed AC current, and wiring harness micro-interruption, making it a core tool for automotive electronics companies to break through international certification barriers and ensure product quality.
