  • The LIS-APS series Four-quadrant Bipolar Voltage Variation Simulator (also called Four-Quadrant Voltage Drop Simulator and Four Quadrant Battery Simulator) is a high-precision power supply simulation device that supports bidirectional energy flow. It enables seamless switching and output of positive and negative voltages and currents, accurately simulating dynamic voltage changes, transient pulses, and polarity reversal conditions. It also features custom waveform editing, adjustable impedance, and wide-bandwidth ripple superposition. Through dual closed-loop voltage and current control, and utilizing a fully controlled H-bridge topology to divide the system into four working quadrants, it achieves seamless transitions between quadrants, precisely controlling voltage changes to meet various complex power supply simulation testing needs.

    The LIS-APS series Four Quadrant Battery Simulator is applied in the automotive electronics field, simulating onboard battery voltage fluctuations, start-stop conditions, and other operating conditions, meeting standards such as ISO 16750-2, and verifying the immunity and reliability of components such as ECUs and BMS.     1. Product model coding rules: In the LISUN model LIS-APS1-4010K100, the number 40 indicates an output voltage level of ±40VDC, the number 10 indicates a maximum output current level of 10A, and the number 100 indicates an output frequency of DC~100KHz.

    2. Output voltage levels are selectable: ±40VDC, ±60VDC, and ±80VDC; output current levels are selectable: maximum 10A, 20A, 30A, 40A, 50A, 75A, 100A, and other currents can be customized; output frequency levels are selectable: DC~100KHz, DC~200KHz, and DC~300KHz.
