Product No: LS-ISO16750
The LS-ISO16750 Automotive Electronics Electrical Performance Test System is an integrated electrical performance compliance testing solution designed by LISUN specifically for automotive electronic and electrical components (such as ECUs, sensors and onboard chargers). The function is to simulate various stress environments (such as voltage fluctuations, transient pulses, ground offsets and wiring harness breaks) that may occur in the electrical system during actual vehicle operation. It evaluates the electrical performance stability and reliability of automotive components according to international and OEM standards, proactively troubleshooting component failure risks in scenarios such as power supply anomalies and sudden load changes, and providing standardized testing for automotive electronics R&D verification, production line quality inspection and third-party certification.
The LS-ISO16750 Automotive Electronics Electrical Performance Test System fully complies with the ISO 16750-2:2023 international standard and is also compatible with mainstream OEM specifications such as VW 80000, GM 3172 and Nissan 28401, which meet the customized testing needs of different automakers. Covering 12 core test items, including DC power supply voltage, transient overvoltage, superimposed AC power and automotive power fail simulator, the system is a key tool for automotive electronics companies to overcome international certification barriers and ensure product quality.
