Product No: PFS-80V50A
PFS-80V50A Automotive Power Fail Simulator | Voltage Micro-interruption Generator is a high-precision wiring harness continuity simulation device specifically developed for automotive electronic and electrical testing. It accurately reproduces typical fault conditions in vehicle power lines and signal lines during actual operation, such as instantaneous micro-interruptions, poor contact, loose connections, and momentary short circuits. It provides a repeatable and quantifiable testing method for verifying the electrical performance reliability of automotive electronic components. The device adopts a high-speed electronic switch topology architecture, combined with programmable timing and waveform editing algorithms, achieving nanosecond-level switching speed and microsecond-level interruption accuracy. It also supports independent control of high-power power supply circuits and multiple signal circuits, balancing high-voltage testing capabilities with high-speed communication signal compatibility.
PFS-80V50A Automotive Power Fail Simulator | Voltage Micro-interruption Generator is widely used in the R&D verification and factory testing of onboard ECUs, sensors, actuators, and wiring harness assemblies in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment. It meets the stringent electrical performance testing requirements of major domestic and international automakers such as Volkswagen, GM, BMW, Ford, and Toyota, and is a core testing instrument for component compliance certification, reliability assessment, and fault reproduction analysis.
Note: Optional LISUN instruments are available for Automotive electronic and electrical performance testing, fully complying with ISO 16750-2:2023 and car manufacturer standards including VW 80000 and GM 3172.
