Gauge for IEC 60906-1:2009 Figure 6 Checking the Minimum Withdrawal Force. The gauge shall be made of hard corrosion-resistant metal (e.g.stainless steel).
NOTE In South Africa, the minimum withdrawal force should be conducted with gauges of pin sizes as listed below, in accordance with IEC60884-1:2022 Subclause 22.2. This is to avoid the dangerous compatibility with Class Il plugs to EN 50075:1990.
