  • Description
  • LS-VS100 hydraulic vertical shock test bench is a fully automatic hydraulic lifting shock test system with a free-fall structure. It is used to measure and determine the impact resistance of products or packages, and to assess the functional reliability and structural integrity of products under impact conditions. It can complete conventional impact tests of half-sine waves, post-peak sawtooth waves, trapezoidal waves (square waves), and other waveforms. It can accurately and realistically simulate the shock waves and impact energy that products suffer in actual environments, thereby improving the system or optimizing the packaging structure of products.

    Main features:
    • Multi-track guide pillars, smooth lifting, no noise
    • Integral casting table design, high rigidity, low high-frequency noise
    • Hydraulic brake mechanism, high safety, effectively prevent secondary impact
    • Digital control system to ensure impact stability
    • Add a seismic isolation system at the bottom to effectively reduce the equipment’s requirements for the site
