Main Features
• Equipped with heat resistant glass door for convenient observation of the internal test state;
• The internal tooling is made of stainless steel, ensuring good corrosion resistance and service life;
• The top and side of the cabinet are designed with 6 ventilation holes to ensure the air circulation in the test chamber;
• The sample holder needs to be replaced for different types of experiments to meet diverse test requirements;
• Adopt imported flow control valve to precisely control the flame height;
• Equipped with imported pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve to clearly display the gas pressure in real time.

Damaged Area Test Function
• The flame height can be adjusted by the needle valve, with the standard flame height of 45±2mm;
• Imported pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve can display gas pressure to ensure stable gas supply;
• The planimeter for measuring the damaged area is optional, facilitating the quantitative analysis of test results.

Ignition Times Test Function
• The sample holder is placed at a 45° angle, in line with the standard test posture requirements;
• The timer has an accuracy of 0.1s and supports automatic timing, ensuring the accuracy of time-related test data;
• The sample holder is made of 0.5mm hard stainless steel wire wound into a spiral ring with an inner diameter of 10mm, with stable structure and high matching degree with the test standard;
• The burner can use butane or propane gas, with a gas outlet diameter of 0.2mm and a nozzle length of 6.4mm;
• The gas flow range is 0-1000ml/min, which can be adjusted according to test needs;
• Support electronic ignition, and the test time is displayed digitally for intuitive reading.
