The LS-ISO6941 Protective Clothing Flame Tester is a professional testing instrument independently developed by LISUN (TESTech series) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6941 standard. It is dedicated to testing the flame spread state of protective clothing under small flame conditions, providing accurate and standardized test data for the flame retardant safety performance evaluation of protective clothing, and helping related products meet international industry compliance requirements.

• The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel, featuring elegant appearance and strong corrosion resistance, with dimensions of 1200mm × 600mm × 1200mm;
• All sample holders are made of stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life;
• Adopts imported standard burner with a nozzle orifice of 0.19mm; the flame height is 25mm ± 2mm, and the vertical length of the flame is 40mm ± 2mm, meeting standard test requirements;
• The test time is automatically recorded and stored, and the timer has an accuracy of 0.1s to ensure data precision;
• Equipped with PLC control system with touch screen, making the test process more intelligent and realizing automatic recording and storage of test data;
• Uses imported brand gauge and control valve to ensure more stable gas pressure during the test;
• Adopts imported needle valve to precisely control the flame height and keep the flame in a stable state;
• The whole machine has high intelligence and simple operation logic, which is easy for operators to master;
• Configured with two stainless steel sample holders for surface burning test and bottom burning test respectively, meeting different test item requirements;
• The system supports automatic ignition and automatic extinguishing, reducing manual intervention and improving test safety;
• Equipped with a flame height gauge for convenient and accurate calibration of flame parameters;
• The burner angle is adjustable to horizontal, vertical and 30° positions, adapting to diverse test scenario needs;
• Adopts programmable controller and 7-inch touch screen to realize integrated control, testing, computing and data display functions;
• Adopts pulsed high voltage electronic for automatic ignition, with high ignition success rate and good stability;
• No need for handheld stopwatch or manual timer, the test time is automatically recorded and test reports can be generated directly, improving test efficiency;
• The test time and ignition time can be freely set on the touch screen to meet the requirements of a variety of testing standards;
• The test processes of bottom surface and bottom edge can be switched directly on the touch screen, simplifying the test switching operation.
