Function and configuration:
Electric hammer air loading life and durability test table for IEC60745-2-6 Figure 103 standard requirements, loaded the electric hammer or electric diamond to make it run intermittently. Test whether the electricity and mechanical dangerous may not meet the requirements of the standard in the normal use of the electro -hammer or electric diamond. The equipment composition is as follows:
1. The electrical control cabinet contains Mitsubishi PLC, 7-inch touch screen, control panel, load (voltage 0-250V adjustable, voltage, current display);
2. The mechanical device is shown in Figure 103 and above. It contains 360 kg of steel bases, including impact heads, steel pads and fixtures.

Specifications:
1. Air load running test: All electric hammer, including hammer drill, is installed on the test device shown in Figure 103. With the hammer drill away from the electric hammer mechanism, it runs 1.1 times the voltage and runs the air load for 12 hours for 12 hours. Then, it runs for 12 hours at 0.9 times the rated voltage. Each operating cycle consists of 100s connecting the operating period and the 20S power off -rest daily period. During the test, at each voltage, the electric hammer is placed in three different directions (horizontal, vertical upward, vertical downward), and the tools of each position are running for about 4 hours.

2. Load running test: All electric hammer, including hammer drill, is mounted on the test device shown in FIG. 103. With the average value of the rated voltage or the rated voltage range, it runs 4* 6h each time, and the interval is at least 30min each time.

In these experiments, the electric hammer is running off, and each operating cycle consists of 30s connecting the running period and the 90S power off -resolution period. During the test, an elastic body is applied to an axial force for the stable operation of the impact mechanism.

Can be connected or disconnected from switches that are not installed in the tool. During the trial, the brush was allowed, and the tools were added to the tools as well as the tools and lubricating oil. If the impact agency occurs in a mechanical failure in the test, but does not cause some part of the power, a new impact institution is allowed.
