Product No: LS-B28
The LS-B28 MS equipment handle strength testing device is used to test the mechanical strength of equipment handles and fixing components, ensuring that the handles can stably withstand corresponding forces during equipment handling. This device uses a specific loading structure to apply weight evenly to the middle of the handle in a non-clamping manner. By precisely controlling the rate of force increase and the duration of hold, it simulates the stress state of the handle during actual equipment handling. During testing, the force can be reasonably distributed according to the number of handles and the type of equipment, realistically reproducing the stress conditions under different usage scenarios. By detecting whether there are problems such as breakage, cracking, or separation at the connection points of the handles, fixing devices, and equipment shell, it provides a reliable basis for verifying the quality of the equipment handles, ensuring the safety of equipment handling and use.

Note: MSI equipment with only one carrying handle does not need to be tested.
For MS2 equipment, apply a weight equal to 3 times the weight of the equipment; – for MS3 equipment with a mass not greater than 50 kg, apply a weight equal to 2 times the weight of the equipment, or 75 kg, whichever is greater, and for MS3 equipment with a mass greater than 50 kq, a weight exerting a force equal to the weight of the equipment, or 100 kq, whichever is greater.
The additional weight should be gradually increased from zero, taking 5s to 10s to reach the test value and maintain it for 60s. When there is more than one handle, the force should be distributed to each handle. Force distribution should be determined by measuring the proportion of the weight of the equipment supported by each handle in the intended handling condition. If the MS2 equipment has more than one handle, and it is considered that the equipment can be carried with only one handle, then each handle should be able to withstand the total force. This equipment uses a motor to drive the T-shaped screw to lift and apply tension. The tension sensor reads the real-time tension, applies force at a constant speed and then maintains it.
