  • The LS-T2205 Automatic Torison Testing Machine | Digital Torque Tester adopts a servo motor drive and closed-loop control system, enabling torsion mechanical property testing of various components and finished products. The equipment collects torque data during the testing process through a high-precision torque sensor, and, in conjunction with programmable torsion angle, speed, and cycle count control, achieves various testing modes such as unidirectional torsion, bidirectional torsion, constant angle torsion, and constant torque torsion. During testing, it automatically records key data such as torque, angle, and speed, generates torque-angle and torque-time test curves, and automatically calculates test results such as maximum torque, yield torque, and torsional stiffness according to relevant requirements. It is widely used for torque testing of products such as mobile phones, tablets, electronic dictionaries, e-books, chargers, car door locks, and shafts.
