After learning about LISUN’s technical strength through a third-party platform, the customer took the initiative to initiate contact. LISUN’s technical team conducted in-depth research on the actual size of the customer’s laboratory, and combined with its core needs of “multi-size compatibility + high-precision testing + ISO 17025 certification adaptation”, accurately recommended the LSG-6000 LM-79 Moving Detector Goniophotometer (Mirror Type C). The system not only supports the testing of lamps with a maximum size of 1.6 meters, perfectly solving the customer’s pain point of diverse lamp sizes, but also fully covers key parameters such as luminous intensity, luminous intensity distribution, zonal luminous flux, luminous efficiency, UGR glare rating, and EEI energy efficiency index. After the customer completed the decoration according to the drawings, LISUN engineers immediately set off for the customer’s site in Saudi Arabia to carry out equipment installation, commissioning and technical training. Relying on rich overseas project experience and exquisite technical capabilities, the engineers efficiently completed the whole process of system assembly, precision calibration and software debugging. They also provided hands-on training for the customer’s team on equipment operation, parameter setting, data export and daily maintenance, ensuring that the customer’s personnel can operate the equipment independently and proficiently.
