What is an environmental chamber used for

Environmental chamber is the general name of all test chambers that simulate natural climate environment. The representative products include salt spray test chamber, high and low temperature test chamber, constant temperature and humidity test chamber, ultraviolet aging test chamber, xenon lamp aging test chamber, ozone aging test chamber, oven, etc. . The high and low temperature humidity test chamber is suitable for the inspection of various performance indexes of aerospace products, information electronic instrumentation, materials, electrical engineering, electronic products, and various electronic components under high temperature, low temperature or hot and humid environment.

The role of high and low temperature humidity test chamber system:
1. The refrigeration system of the high and low temperature humidity test chamber has two functions:
1) Cool the studio;
2) Cool the dehumidifier tank. The refrigeration system is a single-stage compression refrigeration cycle. The system consists of a compressor, an air condenser, an accumulator, a filter drier solenoid valve, an expansion valve and an evaporator. The work of the refrigeration system is controlled by the “refrigeration” switch, and the “damp heat control” switch is used to switch the cooling of the working room or the cooling of the dehumidification tank.

2. The heating system of the high and low temperature humidity test chamber is used to supply the heat of the working room and has two functions:
1). The temperature of the working room is raised to increase the temperature of the working room and control the constant temperature;
2). When the refrigeration system is working (including cooling and de-temperature cooling of the working chamber), it is used to balance the temperature of the working chamber.

3. High and low temperature humidity test chamber water discharge system: The selector switch located at the back of the box can control the water in the humidification pan to be manually discharged or stopped. Stop discharging: When the discharging is stopped, the water in the humidifying drip tray will not be discharged. Manual water discharge: When the water is manually discharged, the water in the humidifying drip tray will be discharged.

4. High and low temperature humidity test chamber water supply and humidification system: the water supply system is used to automatically supply water to the humidifier and the humidity measuring tank; the humidification system is used to humidify the studio. The water supply pump is controlled by the water level control probe in the water supply tank; the water supply tank supplies water to the humidification water tank through the water tank level device and the humidification water tank water level device supplies water to the humidification water tank. Humidification adopts boiler humidification method.

5. The high and low temperature humidity test chamber dehumidification system has two functions:
1) Dehumidify the studio;
2) Lower the temperature of the working room. The dehumidifying working fluid is cooled by the refrigeration system in the “damp and heat control” state, and the dehumidifier and the moisture in the air in the working chamber reach the purpose of dehumidification.
