After repeated communication and confirmation, the relevant team of LISUN in Shanghai learned that the client had a relatively comprehensive testing demand for the laboratory, covering the performance evaluation of the entire life cycle of LED lighting products. Specifically, it includes the LED luminous flux maintenance rate and aging life test, recording the changes in luminous flux, chromaticity and electrical parameters over time; quickly obtaining light attenuation data for analysis; completing multiple optical, electrical and chromaticity index tests such as luminous flux, light intensity distribution and luminous efficiency; at the same time, there are also specific requirements for environmental testing equipment such as waterproofing, high and low temperature, humidity and salt spray.

After discussions and analysis with the technical team, the technical team of LISUN in Shanghai formulated a customized solution for the client’s needs. In terms of the LED luminous flux maintenance rate and aging test, the LEDLM-80PL testing system is recommended. This system can automatically record relevant parameters, meet the needs of long-term testing, and it is recommended to be equipped with the GW-015 high-temperature test chamber to improve the testing efficiency. In terms of environmental testing equipment, equipment such as the JL-X waterproof testing system and the GDJS-015B high and low temperature and humidity alternating test chamber are provided. In addition, the LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) CCD High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System, the LSG-6000CCD LM-79 Moving Detector Goniophotometer (Mirror Type C) and the EN62471-C optical radiation safety testing system are recommended to meet the comprehensive optical testing needs and comply with international standards. The project team of LISUN in Shanghai immediately formulated a delivery and training plan, communicated the installation conditions with the client during the equipment production period, and designed the layout drawings of the darkroom for free according to the size of the laboratory room. After the equipment was delivered, LISUN engineers in Shanghai went to Saudi Arabia and completed the equipment installation and commissioning, software configuration, operation demonstration and training for the client’s technical personnel within a week. Currently, the lighting product testing laboratory has been completed and put into use, and the results of the first round of testing have met the expected standards.
