Oman – Customer successfully installed the integrating sphere system and some IP test instruments by watching operation video

This customer learned about our company at the Guangzhou Exhibition in 2017. The customer was mainly interested in learning about devices related to testing color parameters and luminous flux at the exhibition. At that time, due to the customer’s limited budget, we recommended LISUN LPCE-3 CCD Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere Compact System. After confirming some technical parameters, the customer quickly placed an order. Two years later, the customer’s company expanded in market and had a sufficient budget. The customer considered upgrading their current LPCE-3 CCD Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere Compact System to a higher precision laboratory equipment. Since the customer had previously used LISUN testing equipment and was familiar with their quality and after-sales service, as well as being well-versed in technical issues, the customer quickly placed an order again. In 2022, the customer expanded their laboratory and needed to perform some IP rating tests. They consulted us about IP56 waterproof and dustproof equipment, as well as a high and low-temperature test chamber. We have established a long-term cooperative relationship with the customer, so they have no concerns about our product quality and after-sales service. They just inquired about the working dimensions required for the equipment and the preparations needed for power and water supply. Once the customer confirmed that their lab could accommodate these devices, they quickly placed an order for LISUN JL-56 waterproof test equipment, SC-010 dustproof testing Machine, and GDJW-500A Temperature Humidity Chamber | Thermal Chamber. Upon receiving the customer’s order, we promptly proceeded with production. After the customer received our equipment, we immediately sent them an operation video and our engineers provided online guidance to assist the customer in step-by-step installation and operation based on the video and user manual.
