Vietnam LED Factory Enhances Quality Control through the Establishment of Photometric Laboratory

LPCE-2 is an advanced LED measurement instrument used for measuring colorimetric parameters, photometric parameters, uniformity, and electrical parameters of LEDs. LSG-1800ACCD is i high precision automatic goniophotometric instrument for luminous intensity distribution measurement with facility for rotating the light source. The LSG-1890BCCD/LSG-1800ACCD can do the spatial CCT test and the intensity distribution test. It is for industrial laboratory photometric data measurement of luminaires such as LED luminaires, LED Plant Lighting, HID luminaires, fluorescent lamps and so on. These two devices together provide the factory with a comprehensive and accurate solution for photometric performance testing.

After the arrival of the equipment, LISUN’s engineers assisted the factory with equipment installation, commissioning, and training, and addressed any issues encountered during the usage. The factory’s staff quickly mastered the operation and techniques of the equipment through the training provided by LISUN and became capable of conducting independent testing work.
