Test method for ipx56: nozzle inner diameter: 6.3mm for IPX5; IPX6 is 12.5mm; Water flow: IPX5 is 12.5 ± 0.625L/min; IPX6 is 100 ± 5L/min; The water pressure is adjusted according to the specified water flow; The center of the main water flow is 2.5m away from the nozzle, and IPX5 is a circle with a diameter of about 40mm; IPX6 is 120mm; The water spraying time is about 1min per square meter of the shell surface; The test time shall be at least 3min.
In addition, ipx7 is immersed in water for 30 minutes.

IPX7 waterproof of anti immersion test chamber is:
IPX7 waterproof grade means that the waterproof grade of the product is 7. When the product against short-term immersion is immersed in water for a short time under standard pressure, it will not enter the interior even if immersed in water under specified conditions. It is described in detail in GB 4208. This grade belongs to a relatively high waterproof grade. It is generally put in an environment with water depth of 1 meter, and the test lasts for half an hour.

IPX7 waterproof grade test of anti immersion test chamber:
The IPX7 waterproof standard is a short-time immersion test. Its size should be such that after the sample is put into the immersion tank, the distance from the bottom of the sample to the water surface is at least 1m. The distance from the top of the sample to the water surface shall be at least 0.15 m,

Test time of anti immersion test chamber: 30 min. The difference between the water temperature and the sample temperature shall not exceed 5 ℃. However, if the sample needs to be tested under live or running conditions, it can be customized after discussion and communication with the manufacturer. In general, the product shall be immersed in water with a depth of 1 meter and kept free of water for 30 minutes. It can be seen that IPX7 waterproof products can be worn when bathing. If swimming, IPX7 waterproof products should not be worn when swimming due to factors such as immersion time, water impact and water depth.

Test conditions of ipx7 waterproof test equipment:
1. The low point of the shell whose height is less than 850mm shall be 1000mm lower than the water surface;
2. The high point of the shell whose height is equal to or greater than 850 mm shall be 150 mm lower than the water surface;

1. Confirmed which waterproof grade test is required for their products, and went to see more parameters or direct telephone customer service to inquire whether it is suitable for them.
2. It refers to the size of the ipx7 waterproof test device. Whether the number you need to test is small or large, its conventional dimensions include: 600 * 600 * 600mm, 800 * 800 * 800mm, 1000 * 1000 * 1000mm, 1200 * 1200 * 1200mm, etc. The box can be selected according to the daily test volume, of course, it can also be customized according to user needs.
3. The ipx7 waterproof test device has two different functions, namely, the electric lifting type and the electric traverse type. Is the product you are testing a small sample or a large sample? If testing large samples, we can provide customers with electric function, so that large samples can be easily placed and taken out. On the contrary, for small samples, conventional instruments can be selected.
