Waterproof test machine is to test whether the product has waterproof performance by simulating the performance of electrical components and various products that may be drenched or splashed under the environment of natural rain. The purpose is to facilitate product design, transformation and factory use after passing the test. IPX34 swing pipe water spray test equipment is used to test the waterproof grade of IPX3 and IPX4 of the product. The test sample includes electronic components, outdoor lamps, mobile phone shell, auto parts, etc. It adopts a box-type structure without site restrictions, and the water inside the chamber is recycled. The 7-inch touch screen, a new operating system, is more remote and convenient.

First of all, the pendulum tube rain test device can be used to test the waterproof grade of ipx3 and ipx4 for various electronic and electrical products. It can be selected from a variety of swing tubes with different sizes and radii. It is also divided into three types of instruments with different appearances, namely, shower type rain test device, open type and box type, which can be used for different sizes of products.

Secondly, it requires that the size and diameter of the spray hole under standard test conditions is 0.4mm, and the water flow of ipx3 is 1.8L/min ± 0.05; The tube swing angle is 120 degrees, the tube swing speed is 120 degrees, and the time to go back and forth is 4 seconds, while the water flow of ipx4 is 6L/min ± 0.05, the tube swing angle is 350 degrees, the tube swing speed is 350 degrees, and the time to go back and forth is 12 seconds.

IPX34 swing pipe water spray test equipment can be divided into three types: hand-held, box-type and split-type. The details are as follows:
1. The shell is made of domestic high-quality steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with baking paint, which is beautiful and durable.
2. The inner box and turntable are all made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate to ensure that they will not rust after long use.
3. Box structure; Self-contained water tank, circulating water; The water level float valve is installed in the water storage tank to automatically control the water inflow, and the low water level alarm detection is provided to effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to water shortage.
4. There is a transparent observation window (made of tempered glass) on the door, and an LED lamp is installed in the box to facilitate the observation of the internal test.
5. The swing tube is driven by domestic high-quality step-servo motor. The speed and angle of the swing tube are accurate and adjustable, and there is no out-of-step problem (out-of-step: it will cause the swing tube to act abnormally, collide with the middle turntable shaft, and cause equipment damage).
6. Turntable drive: domestic high-quality stepper motor is used. The speed and angle can be set (adjustable) on the touch screen. It is accurate and stepless adjustable within the standard range, and can automatically control the forward and reverse rotation (forward and reverse rotation: suitable for power-on test with samples to prevent winding).
7. The test box is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220,10A). The power-on and power-off time of the sample power supply can be controlled by the program: power-off (0-999min) – power-on (0-999min) – power-off (0-999min), which is applicable to the power-on and power-off of the sample in the test.

Instructions for IPX34 swing pipe water spray test equipment:
1. Before the IPX3.IPX test, select the corresponding level, and the program adapts the corresponding parameters; Users can use it in the actual test according to the actual test requirements. “Test parameters” are set separately.
2 Water adding switch: When the water circuit is connected smoothly, click this button to automatically add water to the standard water level of the water storage tank.
3 Sample power supply: When the sample is connected to the sample power socket, click this button to power on (220V/10A).
4. Manual window: click to enter the next interface, and manually debug various functions of the machine, such as forward and reverse rotation of the rotary table.
5 Test parameters: click to enter the next interface and set test conditions such as test time and speed.
6 Test start: select the corresponding level and parameters, click this button, and then start the test.
7 Test stop: click this button to abort the test status. To continue the test, click “Test Start”.
8. Swing tube return to zero: When the swing tube is not at the zero position (i.e. the center position), click this key, and the swing tube will automatically return to the center position.
9. Zeroing and resetting: After the test, press the “Zeroing and resetting” key as required to reset the displayed value. Note to the user: before the next test, press the reset key.
10 Return: click to return to the main interface.

Test steps of IPX4 swing pipe water spray test equipment:
1. Replace the nozzle of IPX4 pendulum tube rain tester: please remove the stainless steel plug on both sides of the pendulum tube and replace it with a blue nozzle;
2. Please place the sample on the sample turntable so that the sample is in the middle of the table;
3. Adjust the distance: adjust the height of the turntable according to the size of the sample so that the distance from the upper part of the sample side to the nozzle of the swing tube does not exceed 200mm;
4. Enter the test interface and select the tube radius – R400, “IPX4”. If the tested product is powered on for testing, please click “sample power” to make the sample in the power-on state;
5. Enter the “test parameters” interface and set the total test time, power-on and power-off time and other parameters;
6. Return to the main interface, click “Test Start”, and observe whether the nozzle starts to spray water. If individual nozzles are blocked, they need to be replaced in time or replaced after being dredged with a needle. If there is no water, please refer to Chapter 8 of the manual;
7. Regulating flow: regulate the flow meter to the standard flow (IPX4 grade is 1.8L/min); When adjusting, observe that the upper surface of the buoy is flush with the scale;
8. When the test time is up, the equipment will automatically stop the test and an alarm interface will appear after the test is completed. Then, ask the user to cut off the sample power supply and take down the tested sample to observe the test results;
If there is no subsequent test, it can be shut down.

• Swing Pipe Water Spray Test Equipment (JL-34): It is for IPX3 and IPX4 waterproof test. The semi-diameter of swing pipe is 1meter (Any other size is also available). The inside diameter of the swing pipe is 15mm. The sample rotating table diameter is 1000mm (Or other size according to the diameter of the swing pipe), and the height is adjustable. The rotation speed is 1~5rpm which controlled by PLC panel.
