Precautions for dustproof tester:
1. When the internal dustproof tester fails, immediately stop heating and prompt the failure to indicate that there is an internal failure;
2. After the test is completed, first turn off the operating switch, then turn off the main switch, pay attention to the sand and dust rushing out when the door is opened for sampling;
3. The air temperature in the dustproof tester should be high enough to ensure that the relative humidity in the box reaches 25% or lower. Put the samples at room temperature into the test box in the normal use position or in accordance with relevant regulations when they are not packaged, not energized, and ready for use. If it contains multiple samples, please be careful not to touch each other, and do not shield each other from dust;
4. Inject sand and dust into the test chamber to ensure that the specified dust concentration is maintained within the specified injection time or throughout the test period;
5. After the condition test is over, the sample remains in the dustproof tester until the sand and dust settle down;
6. The sample volume should not exceed 25% of the volume of the test box, and the sample base should not exceed 50% of the horizontal area of the working space of the test box.
