Vietnam – LISUN engineer support customer set up Optical Radiation Safety Test Lab

This is a Vietnam company which established in 2011. This company is a multidisciplinary company which mainly provides inspection, certification and fumigation services. The company is associating to the export and import activities of both government and private company. They have strongly team including Doctors, engineers and well-trained staffs. Their goals is to satisfy all clients’s demand with their quality services.

This customer learns our company through our customer who already have LISUN equipments. This customer is a well -known laboratory in Vietnam, because of their purchase process is complex, so they do not buy us directly to us, but they will purchase through the form of third -party agents or bidding. This client has purchased two sets of LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System and SG61000-5 lightning surge generator through third party company. Later, the EN62471-C Optical Radiation Safety Test System was purchased through the bidding form. The customer authorized him to let the proxy help them confirmed the parameter specifications, so after confirming some technical problems, the customer quickly placed an order to LISUN.

After receiving the device, LISUN engineer was unable to go abroad to provide installation and training for customers during the COVID-19 period. Therefore, the detailed installation video and instructions are sent to the customer. After receiving the device, the customer installed all the equipment according to the instructions and videos provided by LISUN and successfully operated LISUN’s LPCE-2 (LMS-9000C) High Precision Spectroradiometer Integrating Sphere System and SG61000-5 lightning surge generator. Because the EN62471-C optical radiation safety test system is a large and complicated equipment, the customers are installed by themselves, but there are still some technical problems their engineer not sure. After the epidemic, LISUN engineer immediately went to the customer factory for inspection and trained how to use it. Customers are satisfied with LISUN’s after -sales service and are willing to buid long cooperation relationship in future. The following photos are sent by the customer laboratory:
