Thermal Shock Chamber

The thermal shock chamber can be divided into two zones and three zones. The difference between 2 zones and 3 zones is the inner chamber structure and test method. The 3 zones consist of a hot zone, a cold zone, and a test area. The test sample is placed in the test area. The 2 zones consist of a hot zone and a cold zone. The test sample is placed into the basket.

Thermal shock testing subjects to the alternating extremes of high and low temperatures. This is done in order to observe the product changes in characteristics failure caused by different materials and thermal expansion. The high temperature can reach 200 degrees Celsius, and the low temperature can reach -70 degrees Celsius. You can control the temperature switch time within 5 seconds, and temperature recovery time can be controlled within 5 minutes.

The cooling method can be customized according to the installation site and equipment size.

Structural Design

The inner chamber material uses 1.2 mm thickness, SUS304 stainless steel fully welled with excellent sealing performance and temperature uniformity. The external material is made of a cold-rolled plate. It has gone through brushing, polishing, and painting treatment.

The insulation material is made of polyurethane foam, and the insulation thickness is 130 mm. Chamber is also equipped with reinforced sheet material. The door seal adopts double silicon rubber sealing material with excellent sealing performance. The observation window has 4 layers of tempered glass, the size you can choose.

In addition, in order to prevent the glass from frosting when running at a low temperature, we set up a heating wire with a safety voltage of 24V. We set up an LED lamp on the window to provide lighting for observation. Both sides of the chamber are equipped with a test cable port with a diameter of 100 mm.

The plug material is silicone rubber, has high low-temperature resistance, and also could preserve heat. Through the valve control, the air is circulated inside the chamber.

Refrigeration System

The refrigeration system is a two-stage system. It means that we can use two compressors in the system. By using a 2 sets of compressors, we can guarantee not only the cooling rate but also energy saving and extend the life of the compressor. The significant parts of the cooling system are compressors, evaporators, condensers, oil separators, and filters.

In this chamber, we usually use two semi-closed compressors. The refrigerant is R404 and R23. The cooling method of this chamber is water cooling, and this is a water cooling condenser that is customized and connected to the water pipe. A solenoid valve is used to control the flow of the refrigerator to save energy.

Circuit System

The circuit system wiring is according to the international standard, and the layout and color of wires are compiled with international standards. It is equipped with a number line to facilitate maintenance.

Control System

The controller of this chamber uses a self-designed and developed controller. It controls the temperature. The controller has a color touch screen of 7 inches. It is very convenient when we use it. In operation mode, you can choose fixing or programming. You can program 120 groups, each group has 99 segments and 999 cycles in total, and this controller has the multi-language.
