IPX12 drip tester has many names, such as rain drop testing instrument, rain drop testing machine, etc. The frame of IPX12 drip tester is composed of four aluminum columns. From the top to the bottom, the roof of the test machine is controlled by the electric hoist, and the lifting is controlled by the electric hoist, so there is no need to be afraid of the danger caused by the falling of the rain plate. There is a water guide pipe directly above the rain drip panel, and the water flows directly to the rain drip panel, which can make the rainfall of the rain drip panel uniform. The drip plate connected to the water guide pipe is made of stainless steel. Drip holes (0.4mm for each hole diameter, designed in strict accordance with GB4208 standard) are evenly distributed on the drip plate, which can simulate the rain scene, making the rain area of the test sample more uniform and comprehensive.

2. In addition, a layer of stainless steel mesh protective net is installed under the rain drip panel, effectively preventing the operator from accidentally touching the needle during operation. In addition, we installed an infrared sensor 200 mm below the side of the rain drip panel. The reason for this design is that the distance between the raindrop plate and the sample is to meet the standard requirements – to make the sample rain area more uniform. The function of the infrared sensor is to make the nozzle located at the 200mm position of the tested sample. If the infrared sensor receives the blocking induction, it will send information to the system, and the rain drip panel will automatically stop to prevent damage to objects or injury to operators.

There is a rotary table directly below the raindrop plate of the IPX12 raindrop test device, on which test samples can be placed, and the table top of the rotary table can be tilted or fixed, with a gradient of 0 ° or 15 °, which can be manually adjusted. The turntable can rotate in three ways: one is positive and negative rotation; One is always turning forward; Another is the interval rotation that can also adjust the rotation time. The purpose is to make the test sample more effective. The turntable can withstand a pressure of 50KG, and there is also a movable castor that can be fixed right below. There is no need to fear that the turntable will move when testing samples.

4. Looking next to the rain drop test instrument, the small box on the side is the operation panel, and the core control system of the panel is a color 7-inch touch screen+Panasonic PLC. In addition, the “remote control” function is added to the equipment system. That is to say, users can set parameters, start, stop and clear data of the machine on their mobile phones and computers.

5. The rainfall of the IP waterproof tester is 1-5 mm/min (± 0.5 mm/min). From the picture below, we can see that there is a flowmeter directly below the operation panel. The function of the flowmeter is to manage the output of the total flow of the equipment. By adjusting the flowmeter, the average flow rate of each hole can reach 0.07L/min.

Drip Box (JL-12): The drip box is for IPX1 and IPX2 drip test. The drip box size is 800x800x75mm (LxWxH). The diameter of drip hole is 0.4mm. The distance between drip holes is 20mm. The sample can be over 150kg.
