The IPX5 and IPX6 waterproof testing machine is also known as IP waterproof testing equipment. Handheld water sprayers, flushing testing machines, etc. are an open waterproof testing equipment belonging to IPX56, which performs a level 5 or 6 waterproof test on the product.

4. The testing time can be set to 0-99min (adjustable), and after the test is completed, it will automatically stop.

The structural characteristics of the IPX56 waterproof testing system:
The IPX56 nozzle testing system consists of two parts: a chassis and a turntable, which can be placed separately, and movable casters are installed at the bottom of the chassis and turntable.

This design not only saves space on the testing machine, but also brings convenience to customers. The materials of the chassis and turntable are all made of SUS304 stainless steel. The chassis is welded with a position for placing hoses, which is convenient for operators to use.

The position of the testing machine chassis also has an intelligent control operating system. The operation panel that controls the entire operating core system – we use a color 7-inch touch screen and Panasonic PLC.

Under the operation panel of the IPX56 nozzle testing system is a flow meter, which can clearly observe the water flow during waterproof testing. Manual adjustment is sufficient. Because the total water spray flow rate of IPX5 and IPX6 is different, the water spray flow rate of IPX5 is 12.5 ± 0.625 (L/min), and the total water spray flow rate of IPX6 is 100 ± 5 (L/min). So there are two flow meters below the operation panel.

According to regulations, the distance for spraying water should be between 2.5 meters and 3 meters. In addition, when testing the testing machine, customers need to have a dedicated waterproof testing room.

The diameter of the spray hole of the IPX5 hose is 6.3mm; The diameter of the IPX6 hose nozzle is 12.5mm. The production data of the hose is designed according to the national GB4208 standard. Since the aperture of the water spray hole is different, the total flow rate of water spray also varies. According to the national standard, the water spray rate for IPX5 should be 12.5 ± 0.625 (L/min), while the water spray rate for IPX6 should be 100 ± 5 (L/min).

The testing machine turntable, which is not connected to the nozzle testing system, is also made of SUS304 stainless steel and has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 50KG. Customers do not need to worry that the turntable cannot bear the weight of the test sample. In order to make the test results more accurate, the turntable can be rotated through the panel operating system in three different ways, which is very convenient for testing and experimentation.

IP waterproof testing equipment ipx56 test requirements and conditions:
1. Inner diameter of nozzle: IPX5 is 6.3mm; IPX6 is 12.5mm
2. Water flow rate: IPX5 is 12.5 ± 0.625L/min; IPX6 is 100 ± 5L/min

Problem and handling of IPX56 waterproof testing machine:
1. When there is abnormal noise or other abnormalities during device startup, and it cannot operate normally, please confirm that the voltage and frequency of the connected power supply are consistent with the product nameplate. Otherwise, it may damage the equipment.
2. After startup, the touch screen displays the phase sequence error. Since the waterproof 56 power supply is Three-phase electric power, the equipment cannot operate normally if the phase sequence is incorrect. Please turn off the machine, then switch the phase sequence of any two phases of the power cord before turning it on.
3. During the testing process, the turntable will rotate, will it cause the sample power cord to entangle The turntable designed by Shanghai Lishan rotates in the opposite direction every minute. Just use the waterproof plug power cord we provided to power the sample, with sufficient length. Will not cause winding.
4. When the sound of the water pump starting can be heard and the flow meter is also in the open state, but there is no water spraying from the nozzle, please stop the water pump first, and then open the exhaust valve of the water pump in the figure below until there is water flowing out before closing it. Then restart the water pump.

Note: The latest waterproof 56 no longer has an exhaust valve. After redesign, as long as enough water is injected into the water tank, the equipment can be used normally.
5. After starting the test, the device will not start testing Please confirm that the program is in its initial state. Please click to reset and then click again to start testing.
6. How to confirm the test results: If the sample experiences a short circuit and goes out during the testing process, it will definitely not meet the standards. If the sample can still light up normally, it is necessary to take out the sample, wipe off the surface moisture, and then open the sample to check if there is water entering inside. If there is water entering, it also does not meet the standard.
