There are many kinds of IPX8 waterproof test device. IPX8 waterproof test device can also be called IPX8 immersion test device. It is a method to conduct immersion test on products. The waterproof level of grade 8 is also a high waterproof level. The diving equipment generally needs to reach the waterproof level of grade 8. The test of IPX8 waterproof test device is more severe than that of IPX7, so special attention should be paid to the test process.

Generally, the products that need to reach IPX8 waterproof grade include: underwater UAV, watch, bracelet, swimming pool lamp, fish trap, diving lamp, mobile phone, flashlight, signal generator, etc. It is a test of artificial simulation of natural environment, which means that the top is 1.5-30 meters away from the water surface, for 30 minutes continuously, and its performance is not affected, without water leakage.
IPX8 waterproof test device can be manufactured through negotiation with the manufacturer according to the requirements of the national standard GB4208-2017 IP Code for Enclosure Protection Grade.

Equipment features of IPX8 waterproof test equipment:
IPX8 waterproof test equipment can simulate the test of 1-50m water depth.
1. It is applicable to IPX8 waterproof grade test of products.
2. The tank body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is formed by high-precision integral sub-arc welding and has good pressure resistance.
3. The outside is a square structure, welded with stainless steel plate, humanized design: 45 ° inclined mode, key operation; The tank cover is of moderate height and convenient for operation.
4. Special silicone sealing ring has good elasticity and is not vulnerable.
5. Pressure display: the inlet pressure sensor is used to automatically control the test pressure in the tank. The control accuracy is ± 0.002Mpa, and the sensor display accuracy is 0.001Mpa.
6. According to customer requirements, holes can be punched in the tank body to facilitate sample power-on test (need to be explained in advance)
7. The size of the water tank is 600mm, the height is 1200mm, and the pressure is 10 atmospheres or customized according to customer requirements.
8. In addition, there is a transparent observation window (made of toughened glass) on the door, and an LED lamp is installed in the box to facilitate the observation of the internal test. Each type of equipment base is equipped with four movable band brake casters for easy movement and fixation.

Working principle of air pressure test of IPX8 waterproof test equipment:
1. Place the sample on the sample platform in the test tank in advance;
2. Close the cover, lock the screws, set the test pressure and time, and then start the equipment;
3. The sample platform stops with the sample in the air on the water surface, increases the pressure on the water surface to the set value, and then maintains the pressure. If there is a leak point in the sample, the air will be pressed into the sample cavity;
4. After holding pressure for a period of time, the sample is immersed in water with the tray;
5. After a short time, discharge the compressed air on the water surface; At this time, if the air pressure in the defective sample is greater than the external pressure, the gas will be discharged and the leak point will be found by observing the position of the bubble.

Working principle of negative pressure test of IPX8 waterproof test equipment:
1. Place the sample on the sample platform in the test tank in advance;
2. After locking the tank cover, set the pressure condition and start the equipment; The sample directly sinks into the bottom with the tray, and the vacuum pump starts to work at the same time to vacuum the cavity;
3. If there is a leak point in the sample, the air in the sample will be evacuated and the leak point of the sample can be observed through bubbles.
When IPX8 waterproof test equipment is used, the test time can be set to about 10 hours, which is optional.

What are the operation steps of IPX8 waterproof test equipment?
1. Add water: confirm that the water pipe is connected; Open the inlet valve first, and then open the faucet; Observe the water level gauge and add it to the standard scale; Then close the inlet valve in time.
2. Open the tank cover of IPX8 waterproof test equipment: after loosening all the bolts on the tank cover, press the cylinder switch and wait until the cylinder lifts the tank cover until it is fully opened.
3. Sample loading: slowly put the determined test sample into the tank. If the sample floats up, add the counterweight;
4. Time setting: set the test time (unit: min) through the time relay and start the test
5. When the test of IPX8 waterproof test equipment is completed: after the set time is reached, the equipment will automatically stop and open the exhaust solenoid valve to discharge the air in the tank. The test is completed; In addition, if the [Stop] key is pressed during the test, the instrument will start to exhaust and the test will stop.
6. Open the tank cover: after the automatic pressure relief, please open the vent valve on the tank cover first and confirm that the air pressure in the tank is discharged. Only then can the upper cover be opened.
7. Take out the sample: ask the user to stand on the side of the equipment, and then take out the sample from the side.
8. Check the water quality: if the water quality in the tank of IPX8 waterproof test equipment is not polluted, it can continue to be used; If the water quality is turbid, please replace the water in the tank in time to facilitate the next test.

JL-X waterproof test machine is according to IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2：2013 《Degrees of protection provided by enclosures(IP Code)》, IEC60598, IEC60335 and IEC 60034-5, GB/T-2423.2, GB4208, GB7000.1.
