The customer discovered our products through an online search. Since the company primarily serves government agencies and laboratories, they place great importance on the optical performance and quality testing of streetlights. The customer was particularly focused on the following key parameters:
• Light intensity and distribution
• Luminous flux and luminous efficiency
• Luminance distribution, utilization factor, and luminance limit curve
• Glare rating and maximum permissible distance-to-height ratio
• Iso-illuminance and iso-candela diagrams
• Upward and downward luminous flux
• Effective luminous angle
• Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) and Unified Glare Rating (UGR)

The customer explicitly stated that the equipment must fully comply with LM-79-19 standards. Based on the customer’s budget and darkroom dimensions, we recommended the LSG-3000B LM-79 LM-79 Moving Detector Goniophotometer (Mirror Type C). Additionally, for waterproof testing requirements, we suggested the JL-56 Waterproof Testing Equipment.

Solution Finalization and Equipment Delivery
After thoroughly understanding the product features and technical specifications, the customer quickly arranged an on-site visit for equipment inspection and contract negotiation. Upon confirming the solution, the customer promptly placed an order for the LSG-3000B LM-79 Moving Detector Goniophotometer (Mirror Type C) and the JL-56 Waterproof Testing System after preparing the necessary budget.

Once we received the order, our engineers carefully designed the darkroom layout according to the customer’s room dimensions. While we were manufacturing the equipment, the customer simultaneously completed the darkroom renovation, ensuring everything was ready for installation.
Installation, Training, and Deepened Collaboration

Upon receiving the equipment, the customer immediately contacted us to schedule installation and training. Given the large size and complex structure of the LM-79 system, and to achieve optimal testing accuracy, the customer invited our engineers to their laboratory for on-site support. Our engineers not only completed the equipment installation and calibration but also conducted comprehensive operational training, ensuring the customer’s team could use the equipment independently and effectively.

After installation and training were completed, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the equipment’s performance and test results.
