Product features:
The shell is made of high-quality steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with baking paint, which is beautiful and durable. The inner box, turntable and wading part are all made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate, which ensures that they will not rust after long use. IPX12: It has the function of compressed air drying. After the test is completed, the excess water in the drip box can be drained to avoid clogging the pinhole due to long-term water accumulation and scaling (note: the user needs to provide air source)

IPX34: The swing tube drive adopts high-quality servo stepper motor. The swing tube speed and angle are accurately adjustable, and there is no out-of-step problem (hazard of out-of-step: it will cause the swing tube to act abnormally, collide with the middle turntable shaft, and cause equipment damage)

The equipment has its own water tank and circulating water, without the need to build a professional waterproof test room. Water level float valve is installed in the water tank to automatically control the water inflow, and high and low water level alarm monitoring is provided to effectively prevent the water pump from being damaged due to water shortage

The turntable uses a stepping motor, the speed can be set on the touch screen, and can control the forward and reverse rotation (suitable for power-on test with samples to prevent winding).

Test method of waterproof test equipment:
1. Only when the air pressure in the test chamber reaches the set air pressure, and then the test officially starts, will the timer display and start the countdown. After the set test duration is over, the timer will go out again.
2. During the test, it is used to add air pressure to the test chamber to simulate the deep water pressure. The top cover of the test chamber is heavy. When it is necessary to open the top cover of the test chamber, use the air pressure of the air compressor to open the top cover.
3. Take out the sample, wipe off the water on the surface, and then open the sample to check whether there is water inside. If there is water inside, it is not up to the standard. For specific details, different rules in different industries can refer to corresponding industry standards.

Daily methods to prolong the service life of waterproof test equipments:
1. Before the test, the water tank of the test sample must be filled before the test;
2. Keep the inner tank and water tank of the waterproof testing machine clean, and clean the water stains when not in use; Diligent to change water once a week;
3. If the filter element inside the filter becomes black, replace it in time;
4. If the needle on the swing tube is deformed or blocked, replace it in time;
5. The bearing capacity of the standard turntable is ≤ 50kg. Do not overload.
6. According to the date of the calibration certificate, the local third-party organization shall be found in time for calibration; Once a year.
7. The waterproof test system should be placed in a ventilated environment as far as possible to avoid the impact of humid climate on the chassis.
8. The service life of the waterproof test system is also related to the frequency of use, so these are very routine in daily life, but these small details can also improve the service life of the equipment.

How long is the waterproof test of the waterproof test equipments?
The appropriate time for the waterproof test of the product is mainly determined according to the national and international standard test requirements or the user’s requirements for the test time of the product. Some people think that the longer the test time is, the better. In fact, it is not. The test time of the waterproof test device can be done for 24 hours or 48 hours, but it is not recommended that the time is too long. If the time is too long, it will cause some damage to the product.
For example, the test time of IPX7 immersion test is 30 minutes, and IPX8 immersion machine wrote in GB/T4208-2017 Enclosure Protection Class (IP Code): it is manufactured by the manufacturer through negotiation with the user, which has no standard time specification. So how long is the best time? It’s really hard to say. The test time will be different for different levels.

JL-X waterproof test machine is according to IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2：2013 《Degrees of protection provided by enclosures(IP Code)》, IEC60598, IEC60335 and IEC 60034-5, GB/T-2423.2, GB4208, GB7000.1. The whole JL-X waterproof test system includes:
• Drip Box (JL-12): The drip box is for IPX1 and IPX2 drip test. The drip box size is 800x800x75mm (LxWxH). The diameter of drip hole is 0.4mm. The distance between drip holes is 20mm. The sample can be over 150kg.
• Swing Pipe Water Spray Test Equipment (JL-34): It is for IPX3 and IPX4 waterproof test. The semi-diameter of swing pipe is 1meter (Any other size is also available). The inside diameter of the swing pipe is 15mm. The sample rotating table diameter is 1000mm (Or other size according to the diameter of the swing pipe), and the height is adjustable. The rotation speed is 1~5rpm which controlled by PLC panel.
• Waterproof Jet Test Device (JL-56): With water supply device size is 1000x1000x600mm, the nozzle diameter is ф6.3mm (IPX5 waterproof test ) and ф12.5mm (IPX6 waterproof test). The water speed is 12.5 ±0.626L/min for IPX55 and 100 ±5L/min for IPX6
• Immersion tank Waterproof test Device (JL-7): It is for IPX7 waterproof test. The water tank size is 1000x1000x1200mm (Other size can be designed according to your request). It can test samples up to 120kg. 
• Immersion tank Waterproof test Device (JL-8): It is for IPX8 test. It can simulate a water depth of 0~50m. The water immersion tank diameter is 600mm and the height is 1200mm. The compressive stress is 10 atmospheres or design according to customer‘s request.
