IPX56 waterproof jet test chamber is a box type structure, which is divided into circular pipe type water spray test device and full-automatic rectangular water spray test device. The most obvious difference between the two is that the rectangular test chamber can test higher and larger samples than the long cylindrical water spray test chamber. The size of the test chamber can be customized according to the customer’s requirements, which is more conducive to accurately testing the sample grade.

The test machine with box structure is sprayed with blue and white paint on the shell, which makes the appearance of the equipment more clean and generous. The outer box is made of stainless steel, and basically all the wading parts of the inner box are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is more resistant to corrosion and rust than ordinary steel plates. The bottom of the testing instrument is equipped with a movable pulley, and the equipment can move freely, which is convenient for the operator to carry and install.

There are two sizes of spray guns, one is the hose with a diameter of 6.3mm; The other is a hose with a diameter of 12.5mm. (Designed in strict accordance with the national GB4208 standard) Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it is both corrosion resistant and beautiful. The spray angle of the spray gun can swing up and down, so that the accuracy of the equipment can be increased during the waterproof test. Of course, the swing range and duration of the spray gun can be controlled through the operation panel.

Operating specification of waterproof jet test chamber:
1. After the power is turned on, when the control program set by the machine is completed, the machine will stop running;
2. When the set control program is completed, the machine will stop running;
3. Open the box door handle and put the test sample on the sample rack; Then close the box door; Note: The capacity of the sample placed shall not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the test area;
4. According to the operation manual, conduct the test setting operation first, and then enter the test state according to the set operation mode;
5. In the test, if you want to observe the changes in the box, you can turn on the door lamp switch, which can be turned on after knowing the internal changes through the window; The temperature and humidity changes in the test box will be displayed on the controller (if there is no humidity requirement in the test, the humidity value has no display value);
6. Open the box door handle, take out the test sample from the sample rack, check the tested sample, and record the test status; The test is completed;
7. After the test, turn off the power switch.
