Classification of IPX7 immersion tank waterproof test device

IPX7 immersion tank waterproof test device is divided into two types, one is stainless steel immersion test device 1; One is a glass-type immersion test device 2. The testing machine can simulate the pressure environment of water depth and conduct water pressure test on the sample.

Glass immersion tester:
1. The testing machine can simulate the water pressure test with a water depth of 0-1200mm, and the standard test time is 30 minutes.
2. The testing machine is made of five pieces of tempered glass and 304 stainless steel, and the equipment is beautiful and generous, and can observe the test situation in the box more comprehensively; Stainless steel is mainly used to connect the joints of tempered glass plates, which can effectively increase the pressure bearing capacity of the chamber.

3. In order to make it easier for operators to know the amount of water in the chamber, we installed a stainless steel ruler outside the chamber. The value of the stainless steel ruler is measured from the bottom of the chamber, just to measure the amount of water.
4. There are two external water valve switches on the bottom front of the immersion tank, one is the inlet valve; One is the drain valve. This design is convenient for water inlet and outlet of equipment. We also installed movable pulleys for the testing machine to facilitate the movement and handling of the equipment.

Stainless steel immersion tester:
1. The immersion test equipment can simulate the water pressure test with a water depth of 0-1200mm, and the standard test time is 30 minutes;
2. The whole body of the testing machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with high rust resistance. The polished stainless steel plate is beautiful and generous; The inner part of the case has two layers of thick stainless steel plates, which increases the pressure bearing capacity of the equipment.
3. We can install electric hoist or other lifting devices for placing samples for customers; Or weld an iron hook inside the box to facilitate sample extraction.
4. In the middle of the testing machine, we added a piece of toughened glass with a diameter of more than 12mm to facilitate the inspection personnel to see the test conditions inside.
5. The inlet and outlet pipes of the immersion test device are installed under the water tank, and the inlet valve is installed above the back of the tank.

Structure description of IPX7 immersion tank waterproof test device:
1. Tempered glass: fully transparent, can observe the test condition of the test sample; It is durable and watertight for long time use.
2. Stainless steel frame: fix and support glass water tank, firm and reliable.
3. Water level gauge: display the actual water level, and the small scale unit is mm.
4. Water inlet and outlet valve: there are two external water valve switches on the front of the base, one inlet valve and one drain valve.
5. Water inlet and outlet: the water inlet and outlet are under the glass water tank, hidden under the stainless steel base, with water inlet and outlet pipe joints.
