Q1: What should I do if the colorimeter cannot be turned on when the battery is used for power supply?
A1: ①. If this phenomenon occurs, it means that the battery power is insufficient and the colorimeter needs to be powered; (Plug in the power adapter or replace the battery)

② . If not, you can unplug the power adapter and plug it in again to check whether it can be turned on, or plug and unplug the power adapter several times.
③ . If the above methods are not available, replace the battery.

Q2: What should I do if the results measured by the colorimeter are abnormal?
A2: ① This situation is generally caused by the lack of black-and-white correction or inaccurate black-and-white correction, so it is necessary to carry out black-and-white correction first.
② . Dirty objects entering the measuring port will also cause inaccurate measurement. It is better to check before measurement;
③ . Check whether the battery consumption is too low (less than 20%), replace it with a new dry battery or use DC power supply.
④ Check whether the instrument and test object are stable during measurement, and whether the contact between the measuring port and the measuring surface is tight and good
⑤ Check whether the measured object is too thin and light leakage
⑥ Check whether the measured part is mixed
⑦ If the measurement results are still zero after the black and white board correction, it can be judged that the instrument is broken.

Q3: What should I pay attention to when using the colorimeter?
