Different test methods of ozone aging test chamber:
There are two types of ozone aging test chamber, one is dynamic test, the other is static test,
Static ozone aging chamber: fix the two ends of the sample with clamps under the required elongation. When contacting with ozone air, the direction of the sample length should be basically parallel to the direction of the air flow; The rotation speed of the sample holder is between (20~25) mm/s. In the plane perpendicular to the air flow, each sample should move continuously along the same path. The time for the same sample to rotate for one cycle is generally (8~12) min.

Dynamic ozone aging chamber: It is a continuous cyclic tensile test with the elongation of the sample from zero to the maximum elongation; This method has two test methods:
① Let the sample stretch from zero to the maximum elongation. We recommend that the maximum elongation of the sample stretch is 10%, and the exposure time is set as 72h;
② Intermittent dynamic tensile test, this test method is to make the sample elongation from zero to the maximum elongation, and then fix the sample at the maximum elongation after a certain time, and then continue to expose it in the same ozone-containing air under the static tensile state; The test of alternating exposure of dynamic tension and static tension shall be conducted periodically according to the requirements of the tester.

Maintenance method using ozone aging test chamber:
1. Before using the ozone aging test chamber, ensure that it is grounded safely to avoid the problem of electrostatic induction;
2. The overtemperature protector and circuit breaker, which provide protection measures for the safety of the user of the testing machine, must be regularly and carefully inspected;
3. The condenser shall be cleaned every three months. If the compressor is air-cooled, the condenser fan shall be regularly serviced and the condenser shall be decontaminated to ensure its good ventilation and heat exchange performance; For water-cooled compressors, in addition to ensuring the inlet water pressure and temperature, the corresponding flow rate should also be guaranteed, and the inside of the condenser should be cleaned to obtain its continuous heat exchange performance;
4. Insist on the operation and maintenance of the equipment by special personnel, and units with conditions can also send special personnel to the manufacturer to learn from time to time to gain more professional maintenance and repair experience and ability;
5. The ozone aging test chamber is generally relatively high. We recommend that it be placed in a relatively benign temperature environment. Our temperature values: temperature range: RT+10~65 ℃, temperature fluctuation: ± 0.5 ℃, temperature uniformity: ± 2 ℃, ozone concentration: 10PPHm~1000PPHm; Generally speaking, if your laboratory does not have this condition, it needs proper air conditioner or cooling tower;

Small maintenance of ozone aging test chamber plays an important role:
1. The box of the ozone aging test chamber is generally relatively high. We can put it in a relatively benign temperature environment. The empirical temperature is (temperature range: RT+10~65 ℃, temperature uniformity: ± 2 ℃, temperature fluctuation: ± 0.5 ℃, ozone concentration: 10PPHm~1000PPHm). Generally, laboratories that do not have this condition must be properly equipped with air conditioners or cooling towers.

2. Clean the condenser regularly. Generally, air-cooled cooling is the most appropriate way for the compressor. The condenser fan should be regularly serviced and the condenser should be decontaminated and dedusted to ensure its good ventilation and heat exchange performance; For compressors with water-cooled cooling, in addition to ensuring the inlet water pressure and temperature, it is also necessary to ensure the corresponding flow, and regularly clean and descale the inside of the condenser to obtain its continuous heat exchange performance.
