Saudi Arabia – LISUN Engineer Provide Installation and Training for LSG-1800BCCD High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniospectroradiometer

Recently, LISUN Electronics (Shanghai) has successfully completed the entire process including customer delivery, on-site installation and commissioning of the LSG-1800BCCD High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniospectroradiometer. The whole cooperation process, ranging from preliminary demand communication and equipment selection matching to order signing and on-site installation & acceptance, proceeded smoothly and efficiently. The equipment fully meets the customer’s requirements for lamp R&D, quality inspection and certification testing, and has gained high recognition from the customer.

This customer specializes in the R&D, production and quality control of various lighting products. With the continuous upgrading of domestic and international lighting standards, the customer has put forward higher and stricter requirements for testing indicators such as spatial light distribution, spectral chromaticity, luminous efficacy and energy efficiency of lamps.
At the initial stage of cooperation, the customer sorted out its complete testing requirements in detail, including multiple key parameters such as spatial photometric distribution, correlated color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (CRI), beam angle, luminous flux and lamp efficiency. Meanwhile, the customer required the equipment to comply with authoritative international standards including CIE, LM-79 and EN13032, and to support data requirements for new product R&D testing, factory quality inspection and third-party certification reports.

After receiving the complete testing requirements from the customer, the technical team of LISUN Shanghai immediately conducted a comprehensive analysis of customer demands. Combined with the customer’s laboratory space, dimensions of tested lamps and testing accuracy specifications, we accurately matched the LSG-1800BCCD High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniospectroradiometer for the customer.

This equipment features a wavelength range of 350nm–800nm, angular accuracy of 0.2°, chromaticity coordinate accuracy of ±0.0005, and supports both B-β and C-γ test modes. It can complete a full set of tests in one run, including intensity distribution, isolux curves, luminous flux, CCT, CRI, beam angle, and export of IES/LDT files, fully covering all testing items of the customer.

Subsequently, both parties maintained close and detailed communication. LISUN’s technical staff patiently answered various questions regarding equipment performance, testing principles, installation conditions and after-sales guarantee, fully eliminating customer concerns. After multiple in-depth discussions and confirmations, the customer fully recognized the solution and product strength, and officially placed the purchase order.

Upon order confirmation, the company quickly arranged production and stock preparation, and immediately dispatched professional engineers to conduct on-site installation. After arriving at the customer’s laboratory, the engineers carried out equipment positioning & fixation, wiring, system installation, precision calibration and sample testing verification in an orderly manner, with construction and commissioning performed in strict accordance with standard procedures.
Following complete testing and verification, all operating indicators of the equipment are stable and reliable, with accurate and consistent test data. Meanwhile, operation training for the customer’s operators was completed.
