Poland–LISUN engineer provide free installation and training for our customer who purchased LSG-1950 Goniophotometer for Automotive and signal lamps

This customer is a large-scale factory in Poland that produces traffic lights and signal lights. The company mainly produces lamps such as traffic signal lights, car lights, buses lights, marine and aerospace equipment lamps and so on.

This customer learned about our company from the website and consulted our LSG-1950 Goniophotometer for Automotive and signal lamps. After that, they communicated in-depth with our engineers on some technical issues online, such as darkroom size, darkroom design requirements and our after-sales issues. We informed customers that we can provide installation and training for them by free on-site and design darkroom drawing for them according their room size and requirement. The customer is very satisfied with our solution and after-sales services plan, so they placed an order soon.

While we are producing equipment, customers are preparing darkrooms according to the drawings we provide. After the customer receives our equipment, we immediately arrange our engineers to go to the customer’s factory for installation and training. Because all of LISUN engineers can speak English, so the entire installation and training work is progressing smoothly. Customers are very satisfied with our equipment and service. After finished the training work, they consulted LISUN’s SDR-2000B Magnetic shielding cabinet for EMI Testing and SUG255LX Impulse withstand voltage tester and placed an order when our engineer came back.
