The customer is a leading LED lighting manufacturer in Latin America with years of expertise in commercial, industrial and outdoor engineering lighting. It operates a complete system covering R&D, production and export, mainly providing LED panel lights, flood lights, downlights, linear luminaires and customized lighting solutions. With reliable quality, high energy efficiency and full international certifications, the company has long served large supermarkets, municipal projects, industrial parks and real estate developments, enjoying stable market share and strong brand reputation across Latin America. As overseas orders expanded and global certification requirements became stricter, the customer urgently needed to build a standardized optical testing laboratory to precisely control photometric performance and strengthen core product competitiveness.

During the project consultation, the customer put forward comprehensive optical testing requirements. It needed to accurately measure key parameters of LED luminaires, including luminous intensity distribution, zone luminous flux, luminous efficiency, utilization factor, glare rating, isolux curves, isocandela curves, effective beam angle, UGR and EEI. The equipment was also required to fully comply with international standards such as CIE-70, LM-79-19, IES-LM-75 and EN13032-1, support various indoor and outdoor luminaires of different power and sizes, and deliver user-friendly operation and stable data output. We conducted a thorough evaluation and solution design based on the customer’s product portfolio, test items and on-site conditions.

Based on the customer’s testing scope and laboratory environment, we recommended the LSG-1700 High Precision Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer as the optimal solution. Adopting high-precision motors and angle encoders, the instrument achieves angle accuracy up to 0.2°, with a CIE Class 1 photometer probe. It supports standard C-Gamma test mode, accommodates luminaires up to φ1600 mm and 40 kg, fully covering the customer’s mainstream products. The system features excellent stray light suppression, fast testing speed and high repeatability. The professional Chinese-English software automatically generates IES files and photometric reports, fully meeting the needs of export certification, R&D and quality control with outstanding cost performance.

Upon order confirmation, we strictly followed manufacturing standards and delivery schedules to complete assembly, aging, calibration and quality inspection to ensure stable and compliant performance before shipment.
